Information We Collect

CareLuxe Solutions may collect contact information, inquiry details, and information you voluntarily provide through our website forms, phone calls, or service consultations.

For Caregiver Application, pre-hire form, and invited MyCareLuxe Portal users, including applicants, staff, and administrators, we may also collect application activity, account activity, training and onboarding activity, electronic signature records, and technical metadata needed to operate and secure the application and portal.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, evaluate service needs, communicate with clients and families, and improve the quality of our services.

Portal and Electronic Signature Audit Data

When applicants, invited portal users, staff, or administrators sign records electronically, CareLuxe Solutions may record the signer account or submitted identity, typed or drawn signature method, signing date and time, browser or device details, request metadata, and a privacy-preserving hash of the user's IP address. We use this audit data for security, attribution, legal recordkeeping, fraud prevention, compliance, and to reproduce signed records when required. We do not use this signature audit metadata for marketing.

SMS and Mobile Information

If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, CareLuxe Solutions may use that number to send transactional messages such as verification codes, account or security notices, scheduling updates, training reminders, portal reminders, support messages, and care coordination updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS opt-in is optional and is not required to submit website forms, receive services, use the MyCareLuxe Portal, complete training, receive support, or complete any transaction. Where two-step verification is required, users may choose an authenticator app instead of SMS.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, SMS consent, or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, or support CareLuxe Solutions services.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
