CareLuxe Solutions LLC (“CareLuxe Solutions”) provides non-medical home care in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the surrounding counties. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors to our website and from users of the MyCareLuxe Portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect contact and inquiry details you give us through our website forms, phone calls, and service consultations — such as your name, email, phone number, and what you tell us about your care needs or interest in working with us.

For Caregiver Application, pre-hire form, and invited MyCareLuxe Portal users — applicants, staff, and administrators — we also collect application and account activity, training and onboarding progress, electronic signature records, and the technical details needed to run and secure the portal.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations;
• Evaluate care needs and communicate with clients and families;
• Review applications and manage hiring, onboarding, and training;
• Operate, secure, and support the website and portal; and
• Meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.

Portal and Electronic Signature Audit Data

When applicants, invited portal users, staff, or administrators sign records electronically, we may record the signer account or submitted identity, the typed or drawn signature method, the signing date and time, browser or device details, request metadata, and a privacy-preserving hash of the user's IP address. We use this audit data to keep records secure, confirm who signed what, prevent fraud, meet compliance and recordkeeping rules, and reproduce signed records when needed. We do not use this signature audit metadata for marketing.

SMS and Mobile Information

If you give us a mobile number and consent to text messages, we may send transactional messages such as verification codes, account or security notices, scheduling updates, training reminders, portal reminders, support messages, and care coordination updates. SMS opt-in is optional and is not required to submit website forms, receive services, use the MyCareLuxe Portal, complete training, receive support, or complete any transaction. Where two-step verification is required, users may choose an authenticator app instead of SMS.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, SMS consent, or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our services or as the law requires — for example, with service providers who work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, including:

• Website and application hosting;
• Email and text message delivery;
• Identity, sign-in, and security tools; and
• Document storage and processing.

We may also share information with government agencies or others when required by law, or with your consent.
